Last delivery for the year 2025
The final machine delivered for 2025 is the MPC01 Mobile testing machine.
This testing machine was designed in collaboration with the end customer to perform cylinder testing following repairs performed on cylinders installed on their machines.
Given the considerable size of their facility, the customer needed a machine that could be transported within the facility and used in the desired area.
The cylinder protection station during testing can be designed according to the customer's specific needs; in this case, we can test cylinders up to a fully extended length of 6 meters.

Introducing the new MPC 0.5 hydraulic cylinder test bench – now with advanced leakage detection technology.
The MPC 0.5 is our latest evolution in hydraulic cylinder testing, designed to guarantee maximum reliability, repeatability, and diagnostic accuracy.
Thanks to a newly developed testing algorithm and high-resolution sensor integration, the machine is now able to detect leakages with extreme precision, even in critical conditions where traditional pressure tests may appear compliant.
In the test shown:

Two hydraulic cylinders are tested simultaneously

Both are subjected to identical pressure and flow conditions

The system autonomously identifies that one cylinder fails the internal leakage test, while the other passes

Results are clearly displayed on the HMI, eliminating any operator interpretation

Completely revamped version for the MPC0.1
We are pleased to announce the delivery of the new MPC0.1, the most compact hydraulic cylinder test bench in our range, now available in a completely redesigned version, both in terms of structure and design.
This new generation was born from the need to improve ergonomics, increase frame rigidity, and introduce a more modern aesthetic, in line with the technical evolution of our products.
The result is a higher-performance machine, easier to use, and capable of ensuring even higher testing precision.

New cylinder testing machine model MPC0,7 FOUR STATION
New testing machine model MPC0,7 FOUR STATION with 4 simultaneous testing stations.
The machine can test up to 4 cylinders in the same test cycle, in fully automatic mode and having individual control on each cylinder.
This machine represents one of our most important models in the testing of hydraulic cylinders, some particularities:
Tests up to 600 BAR;
Automatic flow regulation from 3 up to 120 Lt/min;
High precision control in stroke measurement;
Testing in intermediate position to intercept internal leaks in the piston;
Advanced management of test reports, with data collection on the single cylinder and grouping of tests divided by production batch;
High level of filtration to work in NAS5 class;
Automatic control and regulation of process oil temperature;
And much more to discover;
Last scheduled delivery deadline for 2024 for Total Test.
Before the Christmas holidays, a new Flushing machine for cleaning and checking hydraulic pipes is delivered.
ISO CONTROL filtration unit and customer service
In 2024, the deliveries of our ISO CONTROL mobile filtration units and the service to companies by Total Test will continue to monitor the cleanliness of the process oils and ensure maintenance of the hydraulic equipment.
Many customers are increasingly asking us for assistance on hydraulic equipment in addition to the service on our machines, after-sales assistance is a very important part of our work.
Latest model MPC0.1 delivered to BRAZIL
In the first part of 2024 we delivered a MPC0.1 model cylinder testing machine to BRAZIL.
The MPC0.1 is a compact machine for carrying out tests up to 450 BAR automatically or manually.

Total Test s.r.l. production is entering companies beyond European borders.
Thanks to new foreign collaborations, we can find solutions for new companies that operate in markets different from the Italian one.

New BRC1 modular cylinder repair bench
Delivered the new modular cylinder repair bench, model BRC1.
This equipment is designed for the repair of hydraulic cylinders in your own workshop or directly on site.
Its peculiarity lies precisely in the flexibility of use and ease of transport, it can be transported and easily started directly next to the machinery being repaired.
Delivered MPC0,7 Four January 2023
Second MPC0.7 FOUR model machine delivered.
The machine will be inserted into the testing line where there are other similar machines for cylinder testing,
at a customer who decided together with us to mark their need to ensure a high level of quality control of their products.
Machine delivered November 2022
The first MPC0.7 FOUR model machine was delivered.
The machine has two parallel testing stations and can test two cylinders simultaneously, in one station, while in the parallel station the operator prepares the next two cylinders for the next test.
The machine was designed for a customer who needed to improve his production line by inserting a machine in the end-of-line control which, with refined controls, could also have a high number of cylinders tested daily.
New version of model MPC0,1
We have created a new version of the cylinder testing machine, model MPC0,1.
A test bench to be inserted in a production line, quick in carrying out tests, intuitive for the operator, easy to maintain but with the possibility of reaching up to 450 BAR.

Machine delivered September 2022
Delivery of the second machine model MPC0.7
to a customer who has been testing their production with us for a few months.
This machine can reach a maximum pressure of 500 BAR and has installed a system for detecting internal leaks between the chambers.
